Kathryn is a passionate global HR and operations leader who is focused on delivering an outstanding experience across the employee life cycle. She has a particular interest in the development and delivery of best practice remuneration initiatives system implementations and process improvement. This has led to her involvement in the professional association for remuneration professionals, having held the positions of Chairperson and Treasurer of the New Zealand Remuneration Network (RemNet).
During her career Kathryn has worked in both specialist remuneration and generalist HR roles across software, FMCG, manufacturing and healthcare industries. Kathryn is based in Wellington, New Zealand.
