Paul joined the Board in March 2018 and became Chairman a year later. He brings extensive commercial experience gained across a range of technology businesses, including SaaS businesses. Paul is currently Chair of Four SaaS companies, Figured, Volpara, Totara, and Virsae. He has held a number of key executive roles in the transformation of businesses including Air New Zealand, MetService and Carter Holt Harvey. Paul is based in Wellington, New Zealand.
