Simon is an experienced strategy, operations and business transformation professional. Simon joins VHT after almost 8 years at the professional services firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he was a Director in their Technology Consulting practice.
Simon’s PwC client work involved leading large delivery teams and advising executives on software development, service management, portfolio management, cost optimisation and business transformation engagements in both the public and private sectors. Internally he was part of the leadership team which created their Strategy, Architecture and IT Service Management optimisation business.
Simon brings recent relevant experience in defining unique “as-a-Service” models for government, leading large delivery teams, working in heavy regulatory and compliance environments and focusing on organisation capability uplift programmes.
Simon holds a Bachelor of Engineering majoring in Computer Systems Engineering as well as undertaking extensive professional training. He also holds practitioner certifications in project management and enterprise architecture. He is based in Wellington, New Zealand.
