Office space

In our Wellington office, you’ll have access to an amazing, open-plan space with beautiful harbor views. In our large, communal kitchen, you can take advantage of our free barista coffee, fruit bowl, and daily morning tea.

Social activities

Thursdays are our Whānau Day. On top of our all-company Whānau 360 meeting, we hold regular social activities, such as a monthly drinks night and potluck lunches. From time to time, we also offer company-organized volunteering events. And if sports are your thing, you can even join our company indoor football team!

Generous sick leave

We have a reasonable sick leave policy, which means that if you or your dependent are ill, you can take a fair amount of paid time off to get well again.

In the event that you suffer a serious life event, we have fully paid life, income protection, and critical illness cover in place to help you and your whānau. Provided you are working in a permanent role, you will automatically receive cover from your start date, no health tests required.

Generous health insurance package

When you join Volpara Health at more than half-time, you become eligible for our company medical, vision, and dental insurance policies, granting coverage access to you and your immediate family members.

Life & disability insurance

For those working more than three quarters- time, , we have fully paid basic life, disability, and AD&D coverage in place to help you and your whānau, with the option to purchase additional coverage at your expense Provided you are working in a permanent role, you will automatically receive coverage from the first of the month following your start date, and no health tests are required at the time of initial enrollment.

Time off

Here at Volpara Health, we have a reasonable time off policy with designations for both vacation time and sick leave. US-based employees are able to accrue up to four weeks of vacation per year and are annually granted an additional seven days of sick leave. Alongside this all employees receive 12 paid holidays.

401(k) with company match

The 401(k) plan available to Volpara Health employees contains traditional pre-tax and Roth options and includes an annual discretionary company match.
